Order Request Form

To order a custom pet tapestry please follow these steps:

Find a painting from those on the Male or Female figure pages. For multiple pets contact us via the Contact Us page.
Fill out the form below.
Copy and paste the name of the painting into the Desired Painting field.
Choose either a wall hanging or pillow option. If you want both then select more than one. If you want multiple tapestries, let us know in the Notes section.
Submit your form. We will process your order and send you a PayPal invoice. Once your payment is processed and we have your images we will move your order into production. Please note: orders can take up to 6-8 weeks (8-12 weeks during the holiday season).
Before emailing your images to us, please read our Photo Guide to help you select your best images. Email your image(s) to aaron.porter@petigreeportraits.com with your phone number and pet name in the subject line and in the body of the email.

Images should be emailed to aaron.porter@petigreeportraits.com with your phone number and pet name in the subject line as well as in the body of the email for easy identification. Payment in full required up front for custom tapestries. Colors may soften and change slightly from the proof to the final product. This is normal and the very nature of a woven tapestry! Any major changes after initial proof, i.e. new pet image or a different painting, will result in a $150 artwork fee. Cancellation of any order once your artwork is completed will result in a $150 cancellation fee. There are additional charges for changing the figure and/or pet image once the initial artwork is completed. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery from the time payment is made and all pet images are received; 8-12 weeks for delivery if submitted between November 1 through the end of December. All completed imagery is copyright of Petigree Portraits. Reproduction in any form is prohibited without prior written consent.
